Editing Chat

The Multiplayer Piano '''chat''' is what allows users from all over the world to communicate with each other whilst playing music. It can be accessed by pressing the <code>ENTER</code> key on one's keyboard or by manually bringing the cursor over to the chat bar and left-clicking. After doing do, the keyboard on one's screen will recede to the background and the chat will be visible. One can scroll up a bit, but there is a cut-off limit at which messages are lost to time. New visitors to a room will not be able to scroll up far in the chat.

==Notes==
*There is a 512-character limit per message on MPP. There is however no limit to how quickly a user may send messages, making spam an issue. This can be remedied using the "Mute Chat" or "Mute Completely" options in a user's pulldown options beneath their [[User ID|user ID]].
*Messages are depicted in the color of the user namebox. There are no special markups for bold, italic, or underlined text.
