Editing Room Settings

'''Room Settings''' is one of several buttons available to help the user interact with Multiplayer Piano. It allows the user to adjust the privatization settings of the room (viz. make it private or non-private, thereby toggling it's visibility in the scrolldown list of rooms provided), adjust if the chat is available or not, adjust if the owner alone may play or not, or adjust the background color even.
